Cody has over 20 years of experience in management and supervisory positions within national and global locations. Cody has also earned multiple awards for leadership and performance in Managing Information Technology. This includes over a decade of experience with military service that provided him the opportunity to serve our country in two deployments to Iraq. The highlight of his tenure was "being a Bronze Star Recipient. Knowing that I gave my all to physically and mentally perform at a high level to protect and prepare myself, my brothers and sisters in arms, and my leadership. Just to be recognized; was something I will never forget". Cody is an expert in training, mentoring, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams to meet and exceed operational goals with a strong program development and implementation background. Cody has the ability to consult in all aspects of network infrastructure to determine appropriate needs to benefit any organization in both effectiveness, and efficiency.
